Pizza and Sushi Form

Cheder PTA will be selling Pizza and Sushi again this year!

We will be serving pizza for all grades on 9 days (on or close to Rosh Chodesh) throughout the year and sushi on 9 Sundays (grades 1-8 only).

Dates are on the calendar.

This form is now accepting submissions until September 15th, 2024/12 Elul.

PLEASE NOTE: We highly recommend that students in grade 1 and above order 2 slices of pizza. We notice that children who receive 1 slice want a second. It seems like 1 slice doesn't satisfy their hunger. If you choose to order 1 slice, please supplement as we cannot supply them with a second slice.

This year, there is an option to order 3 slices - boys in grades 6 and up tend to be very hungry!
